Reclaimed cloth varies. Shade, slub, the way a panel takes indigo — no two lengths are the same, which is why no two pieces are. Turn it round before you commit, because the one you receive is the one you're looking at.

IS FINISHED
BY HAND.
Reclaimed denim arrives as offcuts and worn-out garments — inconsistent, unmatched, unusable by any normal cutting room. Panelling it into something worth wearing takes hands, and more of them than one studio has. So we work with weavers in Surendranagar, craftswomen in Kutch, and tailors in Ahmedabad's cluster lanes. The longest piece in SS26 took 140 hours of hand embroidery.

Finished by handNO TWO PIECES ALIKE.
Every piece starts as denim someone else finished with. What we get is uneven by definition, so we stopped fighting it — the panelling, the piecing, the patch that doesn't match is the design. Buy one and no one else has it.
